Day 1: Introduction

Jaden was the last out of the room from his group. "Welp, time to dip! Hey guys wait up!" He made his way out and caught up with the others on the way to the Salon, using his watch to guide him down the hall.

"Weird place. Chill wallpaper though."

"I'm curious about the butler thing! After all, if we had a butler that'd be pre-tty neat. No cleaning!"

Jason looked at the map on his watch again, squinting at it, trying to find a suitable destination.

"Maaaybe ... the Billiards Room would be cool ... I haven't played in awhile, but I could probably still show you guys how it's done." Listening to Lisa, he blinked and looked at the map again. "Butler room, huh ... ? That sounds neat. I wonder if we got chauffeurs, too!"

Avery looked like someone lifted a box to reveal dogshit.

"This isn't a salon!" He huffed, "I cant braid hair with a stupid piano! I can't wash my hair with armchairs. And there's no fucking sun either! We got the great wall of steel here for scenery!"

Jacob strolled past the Heely-ing Judas with long strides. "What I wouldn't give for a cig right now..." his voice trailed off. "So what exactly are y'all expecting to find in here? Besides maybe a gift for Claire."

"Oh, cool, it's this kind of salon" Ariel said, heading towards the armchairs. "I still don't have to give a shit about how I look!"

She plopped herself down onto a chair and crossed her legs. "This is a pretty nice place to relax, but we could really use a table."

Dark came in after Antoine. "You need more big jacket. Like mine." He gave a little chuckle. "Weird here. Nice table. Mine from home is little bigger."

"I see no food. Sad." He shuffled his feet a bit awkwardly. "What do now?"

Martin followed along, staying closer to Jaden as they reached the Salon.

"What happened to the windows!?" He exclaimed unaware that Avery and Ariel had been dissing him. "You call this relaxing?" He asked Ariel.

"Uh, wait.  Back up.  Two things."  He held up one finger.

"One: What's wrong with my jacket?"  He stammered.  "N-not like anything's wrong with yours.  Looks cool.
Intimidating."  After a pause to compose himself a bit, he raised a second finger.  "Two: Bigger?"

Rachel looked around the room and fixated for a moment on the soundproof booth. "What would we need something like this in an area like this? ... whatever. Neat!"

As Lux rummages through the storage, Rachel sat down near one of the music stands, watching Lux with her chin in her hands. She clapped with a bright smile as they hold up their newfound treasure up triumphantly.

"You said something about Zepplin solos before? I'd love to hear you shred one of them to bits!"

Miranda waked up to the steel plate, touching it. "Thick... Why would someone want to keep us in... or is it to keep something out..." She hummed, thinking for a few seconds.

She tapped the table with her knuckles, looking under it, and under the chairs too. She immediately pouted at how empty it was, walking back out into the hall, looking to her watch to plan her next move.

"I don't mind heading out now," Jordan said, having watched the drama carefully, taking mental notes. "I...wish I could help soothe some of the tension here, however. There seems to be a lot."

"Why would you want to get a gift for Claire? She's literally right here," Patrick asked.

After realizing that Jacob was trying to imply that the other guys wanted to flirt with Claire, he rolled his eyes. "Oh, right. Well some of us like looking at flowers, and who knows. Maybe we'll find a clue or something. We're going to have to go in every room eventually."

Jaden gave a little huff of disappointment. "Don't worry Ari, I'll get you fixed up later. We also gotta find you some new threads somewhere in here. It's a big place, there's gotta be somethin' around."

"Oh hey, a piano! I can actually play that!" Jaden excitedly plopped himself down on the bench and flipped the cover up. "Someone tell me something to play!"

"They're bolted, Captain Blind," Avery huffed, dumping himself into an armchair, legs using an armrest as a legrest. "But hey, if you can play piano, you're leagues ahead of me. I tried oboe once, used it to smack the annoying asshole that sat next to me."

Isaac walked into the Billiard's room casually.
Sweet. Except for one thing; he needed another person. Damn it.

Isaac glanced around the room for anything. Yeah, no, he couldn't play pool with a plant.
Isaac grabbed an 8 ball, and walked back into the hallway, tossing the ball into the air and catching it as he made his way to the Butler's Quarters.

"Here, I'll show ya what the booth does!" Lux responded, gesturing Rachel over to the seat by the mixing board. "You're my producer now! So you'll sit here and when I give you the signal, you'll hit that red button on the mixer! And I - " they leaned in close to Rachel's face. "Will tear it the FUCK up."

With that, they ran into the recording booth, plugged in their guitar, and strapped it on. When they had it tuned to their liking, they gave Lux a thumbs-up.

"You know 'Cruel Angel's Thesis'? Good anime, great song." Ariel grinned.

"And I can fix myself up, for the last time. Thanks for offering, though," she huffed, suddenly feeling more and more self-conscious about herself.

"Well, I wouldn't mind a gift, but I don't really have any pockets in this dress so I'm afraid I don't have much space to carry things."

Claire looked around at the different plants. "I'm just glad it's not like, some kind of crazy pitcher plants or something. Given how eerie everything is, I wouldn't be surprised."

Did the other rooms have windows bolted shut? She wrinkled her nose as Issac passed, deciding to see where he was going. Miranda poked her head into the room next door- the butler's quarters.

No walls yet? "Tell me if you see anything, hon," she called, staying near the door to look at the dresser.

"So, Butler's Quarters then? We can better help each other once we start exploring and get a sense of what it happening."

As the group walked into the garden, Patrick's eyes began to light up. "Oh, wow! They're beautiful!"

Like a kid in a candy store, Patrick walked around the garden and started identifying as many flowers as he could. Not as many as he would like to, but it really didn't matter to him. As long as he was having fun.

"I'm surprised they have so much variety here, but didn't bother to touch up the place around it."
